VYNTRA INVESTOR POLICY

Regulatory & Investor Notice

Vyntra is a South African investment platform committed to operating in accordance with applicable South African financial legislation and regulatory requirements.

Where applicable, Vyntra operates under the oversight and regulatory framework of the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), South Africa’s financial-sector market-conduct regulator. The FSCA regulates and supervises financial institutions and authorised financial-services providers in South Africa.

Investment Risk

All investments involve risk. The level of financial exposure may depend on the amount of capital invested, the investment product selected, investment duration, market conditions and the performance of the underlying activities.

Investors should understand that investing a larger amount of capital can result in greater potential exposure to financial loss.

Vyntra therefore encourages every investor to carefully consider their financial circumstances and invest only an amount they can afford to place at risk.

Returns

Depending on the applicable investment plan, Vyntra may provide investment structures in which returns are calculated or distributed on a daily or weekly basis.

Returns are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected investment product and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed profit unless expressly authorised and legally applicable.

Investment performance can change, and past or projected performance should not be regarded as a guarantee of future results.

Investor Responsibility

Investing through Vyntra is voluntary. Each investor is responsible for deciding whether an investment opportunity is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

Before investing, investors should:

* Read and understand the applicable investment plan.

* Review all fees and charges.

* Understand the applicable withdrawal conditions.

* Consider the risks associated with the investment.

* Understand that invested capital may be exposed to loss.

* Obtain independent financial or legal advice where appropriate.

Regulatory Compliance

Vyntra is committed to complying with applicable South African legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to its activities, which may include the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 (FAIS Act), Financial Sector Regulation Act 9 of 2017, Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 (FICA) and other applicable financial-sector legislation.

Investor Acceptance

By creating an account and choosing to participate in a Vyntra investment opportunity, the investor confirms that they have reviewed the applicable investment terms, understand that investments involve risk, and voluntarily choose whether to participate.

Vyntra’s objective is to provide a transparent and structured investment environment while ensuring that investors have access to the information necessary to make informed financial decisions.
